    About the role#

    As a Fleet Engineer Intern, you will gain professional experience within the aviation industry. You will work alongside a mentor to complete specific projects and learn about our internal operations, tools, and methodologies. This role focuses on supporting the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage and finish assigned projects in a timely and effective way.
    • Work directly with a department mentor to set goals and track your progress.
    • Develop a practical understanding of our fleet operations and technical approach.
    • Assist with tasks related to aircraft systems and structural repair engineering.
    • Use analytical skills to track data and solve technical problems.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience performing internet research.
    • Between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

    • This position is based in Columbus, Ohio.
    • This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
    • We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
