About the role#
The Client Programs Intern supports our team with project coordination, client communications, and program administration. You will gain hands-on experience in a client-focused environment while developing skills in project management, customer service, and business operations. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and execute client initiatives and projects.
- Track deliverables, maintain documentation, and update project records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for internal and client-facing discussions.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure tasks finish on schedule.
- Conduct research to support client programs and process improvements.
- Document meeting notes and key decisions.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and creating agendas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Monday.com is a plus.
