About the role#
The Infrastructure Support Intern will gain hands-on experience by deploying, configuring, and maintaining core endpoint and hardware systems at the National HealthCare Corporation corporate office. This position offers an opportunity to build technical skills through daily operations, hardware refresh projects, and special initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of endpoint devices and hardware.
- Image and prepare workstations for use.
- Support device buildouts and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Track and document equipment accurately.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams on daily operations and special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related IT fields.
- Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Eagerness to learn in an IT environment.
