About the role#
We are looking for a Digital Asset and Product Data Intern to help organize our product image library for a new website launch. You will work with our Creative, Marketing, Web, and Photography teams to ensure our product imagery is accurate, organized, and easy to find.
What you'll do#
- Review and organize product imagery by matching files to the correct products, variants, and Part IDs.
- Compare existing imagery against product data to find gaps and document missing assets.
- Work with the Photography team to get the assets we need.
- Rename and standardize image files to match our internal naming conventions.
- Tag images with marketing attributes like color, theme, occasion, and season to support our search tools.
- Keep image data accurate in spreadsheets by quality-checking filenames, Part IDs, and tags.
What you'll need#
- You are highly organized and pay close attention to detail.
- You have strong computer and spreadsheet skills.
- You are comfortable working with large amounts of product information and imagery.
- An interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, AI technology, photography, or digital asset management is a plus.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Hicksville, New York.
- You must be comfortable working on-site for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship.
