About the role#
NAI NorCal offers a DoD Skillbridge internship for active-duty U.S. Armed Forces members who are within their final 6 to 12 months of service. This program provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate brokerage, including apartment building sales, industrial and office leasing, and property management. The internship is designed as a structured learning program with the potential for transition into a full-time role upon completion.

What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to obtain a California Real Estate Salesperson or broker license.
- Strong initiative and the ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
