NAI NorCal - Commercial Real Estate - DoD Skillbridge Internship

About the role#

NAI NorCal offers a DoD Skillbridge internship for active-duty U.S. Armed Forces members who are within their final 6 to 12 months of service. This program provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate brokerage, including apartment building sales, industrial and office leasing, and property management. The internship is designed as a structured learning program with the potential for transition into a full-time role upon completion.

What you'll need#

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to obtain a California Real Estate Salesperson or broker license.
• Strong initiative and the ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
