About the role#
NAI NorCal offers a DoD Skillbridge internship designed for active-duty U.S. Armed Forces members. This program provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate, focusing on brokerage, development, and investment. Interns participate in a structured training program with the potential for transition into a full-time role upon completion.
What you'll do#
- Gain practical experience within a real estate brokerage firm.
- Participate in training focused on brokerage, development, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to elevate overall performance.
- Adjust focus as needed to support team objectives and contribute to project success.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to obtain a California Real Estate Salesperson or broker license.
- Strong customer service focus and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Authorization to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program.
