About the role#

NAI NorCal offers a DoD Skillbridge internship designed for active-duty U.S. Armed Forces members. This program provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate, focusing on brokerage, development, and investment. Interns participate in a structured training program with the potential for transition into a full-time role upon completion.

What you'll do#

What you'll need#

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to obtain a California Real Estate Salesperson or broker license.
• Strong customer service focus and organizational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Authorization to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program.
