NAI NorCal - Commercial Real Estate - DoD Skillbridge Internship

About the role#

NAI NorCal offers a DoD Skillbridge internship for active-duty U.S. Armed Forces members who are within their final 6 to 12 months of service. This full-time program provides hands-on experience in commercial real estate brokerage, including sales, leasing, and property management. Interns participate in a structured training program designed to prepare them for a potential full-time role within the firm.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with team members to achieve brokerage goals.
• Utilize the company CRM for lead management and transparent communication.
• Assist in sourcing new leads for outreach calls.
• Support the marketing of property listings.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship focused on commercial real estate investment and development.

What you'll need#

• Authorization to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program.
• High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to obtain a California Real Estate Salesperson or broker license.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, or Marketing is preferred.
