About the role#
The Shoots Internship is a summer program that allows you to focus on a specific area of our business. You will report to the department head of your chosen area. This role is fully customizable, giving you the space to dedicate your summer to hands-on work and professional growth. By the end of the term, you will present your findings and project results to our leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Build, pitch, and complete a summer focus project within your chosen department.
- Create and deliver a capstone presentation covering everything you learned.
- Contribute to the growth of Mulhalls and our connection with the community.

- You are a horticulture student entering your senior year.
- You believe in making the community a more beautiful place.
- You are a reliable person who maintains a positive attendance record.
- You are a communicative team player who is willing to assist with various tasks.
- You can bend, lift, and work at an active pace.
- You have a passion for growing a career in concert with the natural world.
