About the role#
The International Pricing Analytics Intern will join the Future Talent Program for a 12-week project-based summer internship. You will work with the International Pricing team to design a data-driven framework that tracks and communicates the value created by pricing decisions. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Finance, Commercial, and Regional teams to measure the impact of pricing strategies across the product lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement a methodology to quantify the value generated by International Pricing recommendations.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to demonstrate pricing impact on revenue, access, and risk mitigation.
- Collect and consolidate data from pricing systems, forecasts, market submissions, and business cases.
- Build analytical models to estimate financial and strategic value.
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize pricing impact at product, market, and regional levels.
- Map current pricing workflows and identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand decision-making processes and gather requirements.
- Deliver a final International Pricing Value Framework, a KPI dashboard, and an executive presentation summarizing your findings.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Health Economics, Market Access, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Excel and data analysis.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
- Interest in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, or healthcare strategy is preferred.
- Experience with KPI development, business process improvement, or creating executive presentations is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 internship.
- The role is based in Rahway, New Jersey, or Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania.
- The work modality is hybrid.
