About the role#
As a member of the Global Partnership team, you will support partner contract fulfillment and help manage internal processes and initiatives. You will work across various MLSE properties, including the Maple Leafs, Raptors, Argonauts, Toronto FC, and our owned venues.
What you'll do#
- Support the Global Partnerships team on various projects.
- Help coordinate events for our partners.
- Manage and organize the partner photo catalog.
- Assist in executing partner promotions and contests.
- Maintain the inventory of autographed merchandise.
- Perform administrative and service functions as needed.
- Follow all MLSE service standards and policies while complying with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary institution, ideally with a focus on marketing, sports, public relations, or communications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capacity to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to exercise diplomacy and tact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
