About the role#
This externship provides hands-on experience in a professional veterinary setting. You will work alongside experienced veterinarians and credentialed technicians to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world cases.
What you'll do#
- Assist the medical team with patient care.
- Observe a variety of procedures.
- Perform technical tasks under direct supervision.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support teammates.
- Support daily clinical functions, including patient intake and discharge processes.
- Learn clinical protocols and practice effective communication with team members.
