About the role#
This externship provides hands-on experience in a professional veterinary setting. You will work alongside veterinarians and credentialed technicians to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world cases.
What you'll do#
- Assist the medical team with patient care.
- Observe a variety of procedures.
- Perform technical tasks under direct supervision.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
- Receive guidance and feedback to improve your clinical skills.
- Support daily clinical functions like patient intake and discharge.
- Practice communication with team members and learn clinical protocols.

- You must be a current student in a veterinary technician program.

- Compensation: This is a paid position at $16.20 per hour.
