About the role#
This externship provides hands-on experience in a professional veterinary setting. You will work alongside veterinarians and credentialed technicians to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world cases.
What you'll do#
- Assist the medical team with patient care and observe a variety of procedures.
- Perform technical tasks under direct supervision.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support teammates to learn clinical protocols.
- Support daily clinical functions such as patient intake and discharge processes.
- Practice effective communication with the hospital team.
