About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. Audit interns assist the department in processing financial reports and analyzing account statements. You will shadow tenured staff to learn audit procedures and gain hands-on experience in the field.
What you'll do#
- Execute and document testing of client controls and financial statement account balances using appropriate standards.
- Learn to prepare audit documentation.
- Support audit execution through assigned tasks and professional client interactions.
- Perform clerical functions including photocopying, mailing, scanning, and emailing documents.
- Handle other related duties and projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor of Accountancy, Master of Accountancy, or equivalent program.
- A current or most recent GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations.
