About the role#
The Technical Customer Management team supports product qualifications and operational execution across Micron's Core Data Center Business Unit. As an intern, you will work with managers and cross-functional teams to improve business processes and customer qualification workflows. You will apply AI-assisted methodologies and digital tools to solve real-world business challenges while helping the organization adopt new standards.
What you'll do#
- Analyze workflows to find opportunities for improvement using AI-enabled solutions, analytics, and automation.
- Develop and support pilot implementations of digital tools for customer qualification, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide insights into qualification schedules and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and support data-driven business decisions.
- Document and communicate business impact through metrics, adoption tracking, and training materials.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data.
- Experience with reporting, process improvement, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI or AI-assisted tools used for business analysis, productivity, or process optimization.
