About the role#
This internship supports the Paratransit department in their mission to review and investigate customer feedback. You will work on operational and customer experience initiatives to improve service quality and internal documentation. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Long Island City for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Rewrite and organize Genesys Cloud Knowledge Base articles, adding visual elements to improve clarity.
- Audit existing documentation to find outdated content and fill information gaps.
- Work with call center leaders to identify agent challenges and update resources accordingly.
- Support the Reservation Director with the RideCo paratransit technology implementation, including tracking project milestones and action items.
- Create training materials and quick-reference guides in collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and operational alignment.
What you'll need#
- You must be a matriculated graduate student in good standing with a minimum 2.8 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.
