About the role#
As an IT Business Systems Intern, you will join our team for a ten-week summer program. You will take ownership of a specific project designed to improve our SAP environment, including areas like Chargebacks, Source to Pay, Master Data, and ERP systems. You will work alongside mentors, business sponsors, analysts, and developers to deliver tangible results.
What you'll do#
- Execute a project that brings efficiency or business benefits to our current systems.
- Perform business process analysis, data analysis, systems design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to lead your project from start to finish.
- Implement or enhance sales order processes, pricing, discount models, tax models, or rebating models within SAP.
- Profile data across multiple systems and capture data lineage.
- Build data models for product or customer domains, including cross-domain relationships.
- Analyze data quality and build dashboards to monitor key metrics.
What you'll need#
- Junior standing in an undergraduate program.
- A background in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Java is a plus.
- Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.
