Quality Private Label Intern - Fall 2026

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 8th to December 31st. The role is based in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec, and operates in a hybrid work environment.

What you'll do#

• Participate in the complaint handling process, including initiating and reviewing product quality complaints.
• Perform internal assessments for product quality complaints and verify complaint samples when required.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacovigilance and Customer Service teams, as well as other internal departments.
• Assist in the translation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Working Instructions (WIs), and training materials.
• Monitor the quality inbox for product inquiries and follow up with relevant personnel.
• Update re-occurrence tables and perform reconciliations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Support or lead special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a science-related degree or diploma program (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Health Administration).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written).
