About the role#
Mauldin & Jenkins is hiring an Administrative Intern for our Chattanooga office. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience within a regional accounting firm.
What you'll do#
- Retrieve and sort mail from the mail room.
- Collect outgoing mail from offices and meter it in the production room.
- Keep the production room tidy and stocked.
- Record postage expenses charged to clients.
- Deliver mail and packages to drop boxes, including trips to the Post Office, FedEx, and the UPS store.
- Hand deliver or pick up items from clients.
- Manage office supply inventory and restock the employee break room.
- Check copiers and printers to ensure they have enough paper.
- Assist with scanning client documents.
- Run various firm errands as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid position located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- The internship term is rolling.
