About the role#
Massey Services is looking for a Business Administration Intern based in Orlando. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term. You will work on-site and support our operational and corporate teams by identifying ways to improve our current business practices.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational and corporate procedures to find areas for optimization.
- Recommend process improvements and business strategies.
- Support the deployment of new applications, hardware, and other solutions.
- Create and conduct training for Field Training Managers and team members.
- Coordinate with vendors and shadow staff during implementation projects.
- Maintain a commitment to truth, integrity, and the company image in all interactions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing.
- Ability to identify business processes and practices for improvement.
- Skills to support implementation plans for new business processes.
- Capability to train users and trainers on new solutions.
- A professional demeanor to project a quality image.
