About the role#
This internship is a 10-week summer program based in our New York office. You will work directly with our development teams on projects that support finance, operations, risk, trading, and portfolio management. We look for penultimate year students who want to gain hands-on experience in areas like software engineering, data engineering, and cyber security. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Hone your software and programming skills.
- Build an understanding of our business and financial markets.
- Work on collaborative projects, typically in pairs.
- Receive mentorship and support from our teams throughout the summer.
- Present your project to the technology team at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Exceptional academic achievement.
- Ability to demonstrate inventive and creative use of technology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience developing technical or programming skills through projects, hackathons, or previous internships.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.

- Compensation: $150,000 annual base salary (pro-rated for the internship period).
