About the role#
The University Intern program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations. This program provides an introduction to the hospitality industry, allowing participants to explore various areas of hotel management and build a foundation for their future careers.

- Learn about hotel operations by working across different departments.
- Engage with the business and culture of Marriott International.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
- Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or Public Health.
- Strong interest in the hotel management industry.
- Desire to gain practical, hands-on experience.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
