About the role#
The University Intern-CALA program provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations. Interns will immerse themselves in the business and culture of Marriott International, working across various hotel management functions to prepare for post-graduation career opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Ensure the delivery of the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton in daily operations.
- Learn and exemplify the company's Employee Promise and service values.
- Participate in core hotel operations and support the team in providing service to guests.
- Gain exposure to multiple management functions within the hotel environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college or university student.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Civil Engineering, Psychology, or Sociology.
- A genuine interest in hotel operations and a desire to gain practical, hands-on experience.
- Willingness to work in various areas of the hotel and immerse yourself in the company culture.
