University Intern-CALA

About the role#

The University Intern-CALA program provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations. Interns will immerse themselves in the business and culture of Marriott International, working across various hotel management functions to prepare for post-graduation career opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Ensure the delivery of the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton in daily operations.
• Learn and exemplify the company's Employee Promise and service values.
• Participate in core hotel operations and support the team in providing service to guests.
• Gain exposure to multiple management functions within the hotel environment.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a college or university student.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Civil Engineering, Psychology, or Sociology.
• A genuine interest in hotel operations and a desire to gain practical, hands-on experience.
• Willingness to work in various areas of the hotel and immerse yourself in the company culture.
