Product Management/Marketing Intern – Summer 2026

About the role#

The Product Management/Marketing Intern will work with the marketing team at Fontaine Modification Company. This position reports directly to the President and offers exposure to wider business teams. Interns will complete a capstone project over the summer, culminating in a presentation to business leadership.

What you'll do#

• Support strategic assessment work, including uncovering customer needs and identifying market trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis of core and adjacent markets, focusing on pricing, features, and benefits.
• Assess company core competencies and identify gaps.
• Support Voice of the Customer (VOC) events and summarize key opportunities from research.
• Engage in product lifecycle management, new product development, and commercialization efforts.
• Assist with campaign development, communications planning, digital marketing, and trade show event planning.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a rising junior or senior.
• Strong interest in applying sales and marketing knowledge to practical business problems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in technology and process improvement.

• Term: Summer 2026 (12 weeks, May to August).
• Modality: On-site, full-time.
• Compensation: This is a paid position.
