How to get in at Magna International
Applying to Magna International early provides a distinct advantage because recruiters review candidates before the applicant pool becomes unmanageable. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, helping you secure a spot among the first applicants. This timing often determines whether your resume receives a thorough review or gets lost in a high volume of submissions. You can use Intern Insider to identify the specific recruiters managing these roles, allowing you to reach out directly to ask about the position or a potential referral. Connecting with a human contact often improves your response rate compared to submitting an application into a general queue. This approach shows you are proactive about your career and serious about the automotive manufacturing field.
