About the role#
This is a full-time student position with the System Concept & Architecture and Product Line Management groups. You will support projects from initial concept through to launch. The role involves benchmarking competitive products and assisting with data research, strategy development, and technical communication.
What you'll do#
- Assist with benchmarking analysis and teardown reviews of competitive units.
- Help develop new product concepts for 4WD, AWD, hybrid, and electrification lines.
- Conduct research on industry trends and customer needs to support portfolio strategy.
- Prepare technical documentation and best practices for product lines.
- Support Acquisition Projects and responses to customer requests for quotation.
- Maintain adherence to IATF 16949 quality management systems and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited engineering program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
- Foundational understanding of engineering theory and design principles.
- Proficiency with computer-based software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
