About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides hands-on experience within the Retail Loan Servicing division of the Operations team. You will support the day-to-day functions that keep the bank running, gaining exposure to online banking, customer servicing, and lending operations. The program focuses on professional development, allowing you to build a network with peers and industry leaders while contributing to departmental projects.
What you'll do#
- Research and help resolve customer inquiries.
- Review and analyze information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support data entry, reporting, and various operational processes.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to gather information and solve problems.
- Draft professional communications and customer responses.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve current processes.
- Learn how risk, compliance, and operational controls support the banking industry.
- Assist with special projects and team initiatives.
- Ensure all activities follow internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify risk-related issues and escalate them to management.
- Maintain internal control standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
