Digital Marketing Intern

About the role#

LV Collective is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for the Fall 2026 term to support the marketing and leasing efforts for Rambler Northgate, a student housing development near Texas A&M University. This is a paid, part-time position requiring 15 to 25 hours per week. While the role is remote, you must reside in College Station, TX, to attend local events, photo shoots, and meetings as needed.

What you'll do#

• Create content for the property learning center and website to drive traffic through search, social, and email channels.
• Write and edit articles focused on the Texas A&M University lifestyle and off-campus living.
• Produce monthly email newsletters, handling copywriting, design, and distribution.
• Assist with website updates, including blog posts and landing pages.
• Plan, organize, and creatively direct photo and video shoots for marketing materials and social media accounts.
• Appear on camera to answer student questions regarding living near Texas A&M University.
• Help identify, recruit, and select brand ambassadors.
• Write and design resources such as eBooks and fact sheets.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment at Texas A&M University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Must reside in College Station, TX.
• Strong proficiency in Instagram and TikTok.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of English grammar; experience with AP style is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Location: College Station, Texas (Remote work modality with local on-site requirements).
• Term: Fall 2026 (August 2026 – December 2026).
• Compensation: $15 per hour.
