Digital Marketing Intern

About the role#

LV Collective is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for the Fall 2026 term to support marketing and leasing efforts for Rambler Clemson. This role offers hands-on experience with content marketing, social media campaigns, and marketing automation. The position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule totaling 15 to 25 hours weekly.

What you'll do#

• Lead the creation of content for the property website and learning center to drive engagement through search, social, and email channels.
• Write and edit articles focused on the Clemson University lifestyle and off-campus living.
• Produce monthly email newsletters, handling copywriting, design, and distribution.
• Assist with website maintenance, including updating blog posts and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing and leasing team to recruit and select project brand ambassadors.
• Assist in planning and directing photo and video shoots for social media and marketing materials.
• Appear on camera to answer questions regarding student living.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment at Clemson University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Must reside in Clemson, SC.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a firm grasp of English grammar.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, specifically Instagram and TikTok.
• Access to a reliable computer and WiFi, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Canva Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite licenses will be provided.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Location & details#

• This is a paid internship at $15 per hour.
• The role is remote, though you must be located in Clemson, SC, to attend occasional on-campus events, photo shoots, and meetings.
• Term: Fall 2026 (August through December).
