About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work with the Health & Pharmacy Marketing team to support national marketing campaigns. This role offers exposure to brand management, positioning, and visual identity while you work alongside teams like Pharmacy Services, Digital Health, and internal creative agencies.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Analyze creative assets to ensure they align with brand standards.
- Learn core marketing principles, including brand positioning and identity.
- Support the team in launching national marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for marketing, business, or a related field.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A genuine interest in the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, four-month co-op term.
- Previous experience in marketing, retail, or beauty is an asset.

- This role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, with four days per week in the office and one day remote.
