About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Charleston, South Carolina. You will work on-site, Monday through Friday, for 40 hours per week. As an intern, you will join a team to support land development projects while gaining exposure to the daily operations of an engineering firm.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering tasks under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Shadow team members to learn about various project phases.
- Complete assignments that contribute to larger project goals.
- Participate in social engagement activities and learn about company services.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed at least one year of college.
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Strong academic performance and a clear interest in the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to spot discrepancies.
- A collaborative mindset and a strong work ethic.
