Athletics ESPN Video Student Worker

About the role#

This position offers students the opportunity to work directly with the ESPN broadcast team at Lipscomb Academy. The goal is to provide hands-on training in the broadcast side of game day operations, preparing students for future professional roles in sports media.

What you'll do#

• Assist with camera operations during athletic events.
• Operate replay and graphic systems.
• Manage audio equipment.
• Produce games for ESPN.
• Learn the technical workflows required for professional sports broadcasting.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a student.
• Ability to maintain a schedule that works around your classes.
• No prior experience is required; full training is provided for all technical tasks.
• Eligibility for Federal Work Study is preferred but not required.
