    About the role#

    As a Senior Product Manager for our Safety products, you will lead initiatives from inception through execution. You will manage the product life cycle from introduction to growth and maturity. Your work involves setting the strategy, vision, and roadmap while practicing lean and agile methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales to define requirements and deliver solutions. A key part of this role is championing AI-forward thinking to drive innovation within your product area.

    What you'll do#

    • Bring new products to market while balancing existing ones.
    • Communicate product vision and progress to all stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
    • Partner with engineering and data teams to translate insights into actionable, scalable solutions.
    • Take full ownership of results and drive outcomes with accountability.

    What you'll need#

    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or leader in a product capacity.
    • A Bachelors degree.
    • A deep interest in education and student safety.
    • Preferred experience includes SAAS, B2B products, and growth-phase companies.
    • Relevant backgrounds include education, software development, or fields such as counseling, psychology, mental health, or safety.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Austin, Texas.
    • Several days each week are required onsite at our headquarters.
    • Sponsorship is not available for this position.
