About the role#
As a Product Management Intern with the Ag Industry Solutions team, you will work at the intersection of farmer needs and technical software development. This role involves direct field research and the creation of documentation to support our software tools. You will gain experience across the full product lifecycle while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and business teams.
What you'll do#
- Create training materials and user documentation for new software features.
- Validate instructions with internal partners and dealer networks.
- Shadow farmers directly on their machines to observe system usage.
- Uncover long-term use cases and define how to scale technology for future growth.
- Translate feedback from farmers and dealers into product requirements and feature sets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align field insights with product roadmaps.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Strong ability to collaborate and build working relationships across teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-centric mindset.
- Enthusiasm for learning agricultural technology systems.
- Willingness to spend time in field environments, including inside farm machinery.
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Modality: On-site.
- Status: Full-time.
- Travel: Up to 10% for field visits.
