    About the role#

    Haywood Regional Medical Center is seeking a Student Radiology Tech to join the imaging team. This role supports the department by assisting with X-ray, CT, and MRI procedures to help medical staff provide accurate diagnoses and patient care. This is a PRN position, primarily scheduled on weekends.

    What you'll do#

    • Take diagnostic radiographs of various body parts to assist in diagnosing disease, injury, or locating foreign bodies.
    • Develop and prepare films for clinical interpretation.
    • Maintain supplies and clean equipment within assigned areas.

    What you'll need#

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Current enrollment in good standing in an accredited Radiology program (1st or 2nd year).
    • Competency in the radiologic exams being performed.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required within 30 days of hire.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Clyde, North Carolina.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: PRN, primarily weekends.
