About the role#
The Life.Church Campus Internship is for young adults interested in vocational ministry. You will work alongside pastors to gain hands-on experience and grow in your spiritual, personal, and professional life. This program avoids a one-size-fits-all approach, allowing you to choose a specific area of ministry to focus on.
What you'll do#
You will receive training from pastors and participate in book discussions and staff training events. You will also perform work that supports the church mission. You may choose to serve in one of the following areas:
- Host Team: Create a welcoming environment for attendees from the parking lot to the auditorium.
- Community: Develop LifeGroup leaders, resource small groups, and coordinate relief efforts.
- Youth: Lead students in grades 6-12 through weekly experiences and small groups.
- LifeKids: Partner with parents to provide age-appropriate learning for children from birth to 5th grade.
- Operations: Coordinate campus projects, events, and communications while supporting other teams.
- Worship: Grow in band dynamics, production, and ministry within a worship environment.
What you'll need#
- You are 18 years or older by the application deadline.
- You are pursuing Jesus passionately.
- You are a team player who is humble, hungry, and people-smart.
- You are interested in exploring vocational ministry.
- While not required, this role is a good fit for those studying Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
Location & details#
- Location: United States (On-site).
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week) for 6 months.
- Term: Starts May 2026.
- Compensation: $13 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time temporary employee.
