The Life.Church Campus Internship is designed for young adults seeking to gain hands-on ministry experience while growing spiritually, personally, and professionally. Interns receive one-on-one training from pastors and work within a team environment. You will have the opportunity to choose a specific area of ministry to pursue, including Host Team, Community, Youth, LifeKids, Operations, or Worship.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on ministry experience and contribute to church initiatives.
- Participate in spiritual, personal, and professional development through book discussions, staff training events, and ministry opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to support campus goals and serve the congregation.
- Engage in specific ministry functions based on your chosen area of focus.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years or older by the application deadline.
- A passionate pursuit of Jesus and an interest in exploring vocational ministry.
- A humble, hungry, and people-smart approach to teamwork.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2026 (6-month duration).
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $13 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time temporary employee.
