About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Co-op position based in High Ridge, Missouri. You will work on-site to assist our engineering team with various assignments, research, and data collection. This role is designed to help you learn our methods and practices while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineers with daily tasks and engineering assignments.
- Gather and assemble data for engineering projects.
- Perform limited scope testing under supervision.
- Conduct design analysis and calculations as directed.
- Help with research in specific technical fields.
- Support and communicate the values and culture of the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an engineering degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil, Aerospace, Chemical, Business Administration, or Environmental Engineering).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to be diligent, hardworking, and quick to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build a professional network.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.
