About the role#
As a Growth & Ops Intern, you will work with the Programs and Livestreams teams to keep live programming running smoothly. You will help deliver programs and ensure customers have a positive experience. This role offers the chance to take ownership of operational tasks and help build our live event offerings.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with livestream hosts to confirm virtual logistics, schedules, and technical requirements.
- Support live sessions by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers, and running promotions.
- Maintain and update event listings to ensure all details are accurate across platforms.
- Execute repeatable event processes on a weekly schedule and monitor readiness to flag issues proactively.
- Assist with post-event tasks, including operational clean-up and follow-ups.
- Help instructors prepare before each session and support the creation of course materials like syllabi and slide decks.
- Manage student-facing communications before, during, and after sessions.
- Lead the kickoff for bootcamp sessions to orient customers and set the tone.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Reliability and comfort following structured processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence on video and experience running sessions on platforms like Zoom.
- Availability of 20 hours per week, including some evening hours.
- Ability to start immediately.
