About the role#
This is a 9-week generalist internship program based in New York. You will gain exposure across our M&A coverage groups and the Restructuring group. The program begins with a week-long comprehensive training session. Throughout the summer, you will receive formal mentorship, meet with our Leadership Team, and attend networking events with bankers across the firm.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial analysis and modeling.
- Conduct company and industry research.
- Help develop client presentations.
- Interact with senior bankers and clients.
- Work on assignments involving M&A, divestitures, strategic advisory, and capital markets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a US university pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Expected graduation date in December 2028 or May/June 2029.
- Top academic performance.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise.
- Majors in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
