About the role#
Landor is looking for a creative and collaborative Design Intern to join the team in Chicago. You will help develop design solutions that bring client briefs and brand ideas to life. This role is open only to participants of the 2026 Next Gen Programme.
What you'll do#
- Develop creative design solutions that support client briefs and project goals.
- Bring fresh brand, design, and trend ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with peers, design colleagues, and partner teams to maintain consistency.
- Create work for digital, print, and experience channels.
- Work independently and as part of a team, including contributing to design critiques.
- Use design processes and best practices to meet project deliverables.
- Apply conceptual thinking to develop design ideas.
- Incorporate brand messaging, color, imagery, typography, and composition into deliverables.
- Communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and speed.
