About the role#
We are looking for a creative and collaborative Design Intern to join our team. You will help develop design solutions that bring client briefs and brand ideas to life. This position is open only to individuals who participated in the 2026 Next Gen Programme.
What you'll do#
- Develop design solutions that support client briefs and project goals.
- Bring fresh brand, design, and trend ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with peers and partner teams to keep projects consistent.
- Create work for digital, print, and experience channels while considering target audiences.
- Participate in design critiques.
- Use design processes and best practices to meet project timelines.
- Apply conceptual thinking to generate design ideas.
- Integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, typography, and composition into your deliverables.
- Communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional and positive manner.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality work.
