About the role#
Labcorp is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) intern to join the Finance Team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, 11-week paid internship running from June 1, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You will work primarily in a remote environment with occasional in-person collaboration required in Indianapolis, Indiana.
What you'll do#
- Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare management reporting and financial analyses to inform business decisions.
- Analyze financial and business data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Partner with finance professionals and business leaders on planning activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to projects that support strategic decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Rising juniors and seniors are preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.

- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Work Modality: Remote with occasional in-person requirements.
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid internship ($20.00 - $25.00 per hour).
- Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
