About the role#
As a Systems Engineering Intern, you will support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures. You will work on operational analysis and help create concept of operations, design, and implementation plans. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Salt Lake City.
What you'll do#
- Analyze system requirements from end users and systems.
- Develop test plans, procedures, and cases.
- Conduct tests and document your findings.
- Use software tools, scripting, and hardware troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Create and deliver presentations to share design activity plans and status updates with internal and external customers.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Aviation at an accredited university.
- Coursework or experience in systems engineering, architecture, analysis and design, performance modeling, integration, or project management.
- Familiarity with Rhapsody.
Location & details#
- Location: Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Work schedule: 9/80 schedule, which includes 80 hours worked over nine days with every other Friday off.
- This position is on-site and does not offer sponsorship.
