About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will work on-site to support image processing and algorithm development for military mission systems and desktop applications. The role follows a 9/80 work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Develop detection and tracking capabilities using image and signal processing concepts.
- Provide algorithm support for Linux and Windows applications.
- Use Python, Matlab, and C/C++ to build software.
- Apply concepts such as spatial and temporal filtering, interpolation, Fourier analysis, image decomposition, and parameter estimation.
- Use object-oriented design and follow software lifecycle processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with containerization, GPU/CUDA development, or AIML is a plus.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- You have technical competence and a strong desire to learn.
- You possess good interpersonal, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
- You take pride in your work and maintain a strong work ethic.
- You are adaptable to change and uphold high ethical standards.
- Experience with C, C++, CUDA, Linux, and Windows is preferred.
