About the role#
The Manufacturing Undergraduate Summer Internship is an 11-week paid program designed to integrate students into daily plant operations. You will work alongside professional teams while leading an individual strategic project. At the end of the summer, you will present your findings to senior management for the opportunity to be considered for a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Work hands-on on the plant floor to support production and operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality excellence.
- Optimize production lines and processes.
- Lead an individual strategic project from start to finish.
- Present project insights and recommendations to senior management.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Ability to start full-time work in September 2028 upon graduation.
- Willingness to relocate to any Kentucky-based office.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
