About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is an 11-week paid experience designed to integrate you into the daily operations of our manufacturing teams. You will work on a dedicated, individual strategic project and present your findings to senior leadership at the conclusion of the summer. This program serves as a pipeline for our full-time Management Trainee program, and successful interns may be considered for a return offer.
What you'll do#
- Work hands-on on the plant floor to support safe and efficient production.
- Lead an individual strategic project that impacts our manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize production lines.
- Present project results and insights to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- Ability to start full-time employment in September 2028 upon graduation.
- Willingness to relocate to any Arkansas-based office.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
