About the role#
This is a 12-week, paid internship based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will gain hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership. The role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with potential for up to 40 hours during breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations and help maintain a high-performing environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals.
- Contribute to team meetings and assist with store audits.
- Handle operational and administrative tasks.
- Take on leadership responsibilities, such as leading store shifts and making business-focused decisions.
- Prioritize daily tasks to ensure store success.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have a strong aptitude for learning and multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- You are self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- You maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are a team player who can handle confidential information.
