About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship based in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. You will join the retail management team for the Summer 2026 term. This role focuses on building leadership and business experience through hands-on work in a store environment.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations and help maintain a high-performing environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Support store goals by prioritizing tasks and working with the team.
- Lead store shifts and make business-focused decisions.
- Contribute to team meetings and assist with store audits and administrative functions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Belle Plaine, Minnesota.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time hours are available, with flexibility for school scheduling. You must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
