About the role#
We are hiring for a Retail Management Intern to join our team in Chisago City. This is a paid, 12-week internship for Summer 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations and leadership within a retail environment.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations.
- Provide customer service to our guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Attend team meetings and assist with operational tasks.
- Support administrative functions and store audits.
- Take on responsibilities like leading store shifts and making business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 2 or 4 year degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to learn and perform a wide range of tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
