About the role#
This is a paid, 12-week internship focused on building business and leadership experience in a retail setting. You will gain hands-on knowledge of store operations while working with a team to meet store goals.
What you'll do#
- Take an active part in daily store operations and customer service.
- Work with team members to maintain a high-performing environment.
- Prioritize daily tasks to support store objectives.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in store audits.
- Support operational and administrative functions.
- Lead store shifts and make business decisions that affect store success.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Ability to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proven ability to work well within a team.
Location & details#
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with potential for up to 40 hours during school breaks. We offer flexibility for school schedules.
